When you have muscular dystrophy, your muscles say "stop", but your mind says "go".
Stephen Sanderson will be using all of his muscles to support people living with muscular dystrophy!
Stephen will be competing in the Whistler Ironman on July 30th, 2017
completing a 3.9km swim, 180km bike ride and topping it off with a  42.2km run in FULL FIRE FIGHTER GEAR!

In 2014 it was the Grouse Grind.
In 2015 it was the BMO Marathon.
In 2017 Stephen Sanderson will face Ironman!

Ironman's are one of the most physically challenging competitions in the world that requires months upon months of training. Stephen is swimming, cycling and running for those who can't.
